White Oak Foundation exists because great digital work shouldn’t be reserved for congregations with big budgets.
White Oak Media was built to help churches show up online. But somewhere along the way, a pattern became impossible to ignore.
The churches that needed help the most — small congregations in rural towns, church plants meeting in living rooms, aging communities with no tech budget — were the ones who couldn’t afford it. They’d fill out the inquiry form, see the pricing, and go quiet.
White Oak Foundation is the answer to that silence. It’s a nonprofit arm built to take the same professional-grade work and deliver it to churches who qualify — completely free, funded by donors who believe every congregation deserves a digital presence worthy of their mission.
This isn’t charity work done on the side. It’s the same team, the same standards, and the same care — just a different funding model.

The people behind the Foundation
Zach Green
Founder & Executive Director
Zach has spent years building websites for churches and nonprofits. After watching too many small congregations walk away from a professional online presence because of cost, he founded White Oak Foundation to make that work accessible to the churches who need it most.
He oversees every Foundation project personally — from the application review through design, launch, and ongoing support.
Governance
White Oak Foundation is an approved 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 41-4830734) organized under the laws of the United States. The Foundation is governed by a board of directors; additional board appointments are in progress and will be listed here as confirmed. Annual financial information will be made available in accordance with IRS disclosure requirements.
