White Oak Foundation is the operating name of White Oak Media Foundation Co., the registered 501(c)(3) public charity behind this site. That is the name on our IRS determination and the name to look for in the Tax-Exempt Organization Search.

Where the money goes

Donations fund website grants: design and build, domain names, hosting, and volunteer training for funded churches and ministries. Administrative costs are kept minimal, and our annual Form 990 filings will be posted here as they are made — so you can see the actual numbers rather than take our word for it.

How program services are delivered

Funded websites are built by White Oak Media LLC, a for-profit company founded by the Foundation’s founder, under contract with the Foundation. Because the two organizations share a founder, this is a related-party arrangement, and the Foundation pays no more than fair market rates for the work. We disclose it here because donors deserve to know it before they give, not after.
